After building a beautiful new garage, our client wanted to add a patio cover over the new concrete patio on the outside. Unlike a lot of our designs, this one will attach to the building structure, which is a bit more complicated than a freestanding pergola. However, the right details for the ledger board will make this install simple, robust, and ready for years of service.
