What’s included?
The Process
We start by collecting details for your project, such as the size of your pergola, the style or look you want, and any other special requests. This can be either via email or phone call, whichever you prefer. If you don’t know quite what you want, take a look at past projects we’ve completed for inspiration!
Next, with a design in mind, you’ll receive a 3D rendering of your design so you can get a feel for the size and scale. If you have photos of the space where you want your pergola, patio cover, or deck, even better! We can superimpose your rendering on the photos so you really get a sense of how the final installation will look. This allows you to see if we need to make any tweaks to your design.
Once you like the way the model looks, we will start drafting your custom plans. Your plans will include a post layout plot, elevation views from different angles, and plenty of details showing how everything fits. Also included is a complete schedule of materials to build your project.
